Pricing
Costs less than the jobs you’re missing.
Priced per location, per month. Not per call and not per minute — a busy month should not cost you more than a quiet one, and Tessa is there to make months busy.
Placeholder — not final
The figures on this page are illustrative while pricing is finalised. The structure is real; the numbers are not. Do not publish this page as-is.
The comparison that matters
One job a month usually covers it
The useful question is not what this costs against other software — it is what it costs against the alternatives you actually have.
A missed call
The value of one job — and they ring the next number on the list.
A part-time receptionist
Wages, cover, holiday, training. Answers the phone 9 to 5, on weekdays.
An answering service
Takes a message. Cannot see your calendar, so cannot book anything.

The guardrails are not an upgrade
The things that make her safe to leave alone with your phone are the product, not a premium add-on. Nobody should be paying extra to stop an agent quoting prices.
- Every call transcribed and summarised
- The guardrails — she never quotes a price or promises a date you didn’t approve
- Messages, so nothing sits unread
- A change-or-cancel link for your customers
- Change staff availability by text
- No per-minute or per-call charges
Questions
The ones people actually ask
- Do we have to change our phone number?
- No. You keep the number you have and forward it, or we give you a new one to point at — whichever suits. Nothing on your signage has to change.
- What happens to our voicemail?
- It stops being the thing that answers. She picks up first, and when she genuinely cannot help she takes a proper message and sends it to you, which is what voicemail was supposed to do.
- How long does setup take?
- Most of the work is telling her how the business runs — services, areas, staff and hours. That is a conversation, not a project.
- Who can hear the recordings?
- You can, in your dashboard. Call recording is off unless you turn it on, and when it is on, callers are told at the start of the call.
- What if she gets something wrong?
- She corrects herself out loud on the call, and you can read every transcript. We would rather tell you that than claim she never does.
